These are the latest statutes on which shelter’s are still accepting evacuees and which donation centers are still accepting donations, and what you can donate:

OPEN SHELTERS:

  • Butte County Fairgrounds – 530-846-3626
    Items needed: Pet supplies, water
  • Bidwell Jr. High School 530-891-3080
    Items needed: Water, canned good, non-perishables
  • Plumas Sierra County Fairgrounds – 530-283-6272
    Items needed: Water, pet supplies, and non-perishables
  • Pleasant Valley Baptist Church – Supply Donation Drive Chico 530-343-0555
    Requested items: Plastic Bins, grocery bags, flash lights, shampoo/cond, clothes, New items.
  • Yuba-Sutter Fairgrounds – 530-674-1280 / 530-812-3815
    Supplies needed: Gift Cards, pet food. That’s it (at capacity)
    (Need Volunteers) – To walk dogs 18+, for sorting.

FULL SHELTERS:

  • Oroville Church of the Nazarene
  • Neighborhood Church of Chico

CENTERS STILL ACCEPTING DONATIONS:

  • NEW Gridley Distribution Center – 801 Washington St, Gridley CA. (530) 913-2310 Donations needed are diapers, baby wipes, baby food/formula, bottled water, toiletries and non perishable food. Open 7 AM – 5 PM.
  • Pep Boys – 1555 Mangrove Avenue, Chico (530) 895-1336
    Only accepting: Canned food, water, at capacity for clothes.
    Not requiring ID’s, Open until 8 p.m.
  • Pleasant Valley Baptist Church – Chico 530-343-0555
    Requested items:
    Plastic Bins, grocery bags, flash lights, shampoo/cond, clothes, New Items.
  • NorCal Unlimited – Chico Mall, 1950 E 20th St, Chico 530-815-5391
    Accepting: Toiletries, towels, socks and underwear.
  • HoneyRun Winery – 530 345-6405
    Items needed: None. At capacity
    (Need Volunteers)
  • Woodson Bridge RV Park – 25433 South Ave, Corning, 530-839-2151
    Items needed: Non-perishable food, can food, pet supplies. No Clothes.
    (Need Volunteers).
  • Crossroads Community Church “Clothes Closet” – 445 B St. Yuba City

    Items needed: Still accepting everything, just not so many clothes.

    Supplies needed?:
